According to the statistical report from UNIDO(United Nations Industrial Develo-pment Organization), China held the share of15.6%in the world industrial (GDP) in2009, and become the second largest manufacturing country only to the United States.But Accompanied by the rapid development of China’s manufacturing industry, someserious problems such as wasting of resources, polluting the environment, loweconomic efficiency are outstanding. And in the link of product assmbly,people arewasting of a great deal of human, physical and financial resources because ofunreasonable assembly process design, lacking of the assembly sequence optimizationconsciousness which hinders the development of the product and putting intoproduction.In recent years with the virtual assembly technology product assembly sequenceplanning is one upsurge of the domestic and foreign scholars, who also have made greatachievements. But for some assembly body of large number of parts and complexstructure, the traditional solution still exist great limitations. The large-scale trussmechanism this paper studies is a mechanism with complicated structure and variousparts. How to use of effective method to simplify model, plan out excellent feasibleassembly sequence is important to development, design, construction and operation ofproduct.Firstly, the using environment, the function structure,the design idea and thespecific model structure of the mechanism is briefly introduced in this paper. Thenaccording to the characteristics of the equipment in this paper puts forward a modelmethod based on the modular stratification to simplify model, make a complex productsimple, large number of information to small. And then based on the stratifical modularmodel combining many major assembly sequence planning methods puts forwardcomprehen-sive stratical assembly sequence planning and makes use of comprehensivetwo level assembly sequence evaluation method to evaluate the feasible assemblysequences.With the assembly sequence planning and research to complex product above, givethe lagre-scale truss as a example in this paper to deduce in order to verify thefeasibility of this plan. Through the deduction to research the whole assembly sequences, how to simply pick up sequences and find the better one. Through the fuzzymathematics two level comprehensive evaluation mathematical modeling, dataextraction to check the comprehensive quality of assembly sequence under the influenceof many different factors.After the assembly sequence optimization, using Solidworks2010MovementExample and Camtasio Studio6to simulate the whole assembly process and operationprocess with animation to show a animation making method to large complete overallprocess simulation which provides visually technical support for the system design,technology exchange, site construction and then the operation control design andmaintenance.
