With the high-speed development of national economy and the improvement ofpeople’s living standard, all walks of life required that the steel industry in our countryshould have a high level development, particularly the low carbon economy rising in theglobal, that make our steel industry faced huge environmental pressure. Temperature areahas its own characteristics compared with cold rolling and hot rolling. Temperature areacompared with hot rolling not only dimension precision, basic no oxidation anddecarbonization, and be able to more strongly refining the microstructure, and can begreatly increase mechanical properties; Temperature area can significantly reduce thematerial flow stress compared with the cold rolling, the grain of material, performancemore superior tiny. But for temperature area of the deformation of the research focus onthe derivation of flow stress model, the result is more accurate. And on the deformationzones in the process of change characteristics and deformation law organization researchreport is less. Thus, the paper aim at 45~#and 65Mn temperature area of the deformation ofthe principle and the organization transformation temperature area during the deformationof the work-harden and processing softening mechanism, deformation process parameterson the deformation zones in the influence law of flow stress, and make the mechanicalperformance test to the temperature area deformated sample of 45~#and 65Mn.By thermal simulation experiment machine simulate 45~#and 65Mn temperature areadeformation process, and analysised the characteristics of flow stress curve, it is concludedthat with the rise of temperature and strain rate reduced the flow stress curve decrease,with the rise of temperature ,strain rate on the effect of flow stress curve decrease.Through the analysis to the characteristics of flow stress curves and organization structurewatching the experiment, draw 45~#and 65Mn temperature area of the deformation of thesoftening mechanism mainly is the dynamic response ferrite and dynamic recrystallizationand cementite piece of fracture. Through the mechanical properties test and organizationstructure observation experimental analysis of the deformation zones related parametersand the structure of the organization to 45~#and 65Mn hardness, tensile strength and influence.By the end of paper based on simulation experiment data, use Origin software to 45#and 65Mn temperature deformation process parameters of regression, and concludes thatthe peak stressσpand temperature compensation of strain rate factor Z parameters of therelationship between function. Application rolling the theoretical basis, and use of the west,a rough calculation formula’s 45#and 65Mn temperature area of the deformation of therolling force.
