Research And Implementation Of File System’s Reliability Based On Blue Sky NC System

Reliability is always the pursuit of CNC system. There are many factors caninfluence the reliability of CNC system, and the reliability of file system is theimportant one. Data backup and data recover technology are commonly used tomaintain the reliability of the file system. But there are still many problems, such asdata backup reserved substantial additional disk space; because the data recovery isdisaster recovery technology, the data which exists between the system’s faults and thedata backup point can not be recovered. It may lead to catastrophic loss, and thisproblem is particularly serious in high real-time numerical control system.This paper is based on the Blue Sky NC system. According to the problem thatconcerned before, this paper mainly solves the following two problems:The first one is putting forward and realizing a new strategy of written-back toimprove the rate of data written-back. This paper is on the basis of the deep research onthe Page Cache in the File system. It analyzes the structure of Page Cache and therefresh strategy of Pdflush kernel thread. At last, the paper puts forward a newwritten-back strategy based on the page priority strategy. In the tiny loss of memorycosts, the rate of critical data written-back can be improved, and then the reliability ofFile system and security of data can also be improved.The other one is using full backup and cumulative backup to design and realize amethod of Double-Filesystem to improve the reliability of file system. This paper doesthe research of data backup and data recovery, and proposes a method ofDouble-Filesystem. The technology of cumulative backup is used to backup the twofile system. The paper also designs a new strategy for setting up the file system, so thatthe operating system can start up with the reliable file system. Then the damaged onecan be repaired, so that there would be at least one file system can work normally atany time. The reliability of File system can be improved.
