Liquid die forging processing as a combination of the forming and casting processing, both process is simple and low cost advantages of the casting, another good performance, reliable quality and forging characteristics, so in the world have a more widely used.a company producing the communication panel by mechanical process, high cost and long processing cycle, low material utilization, in this paper, the researchers of the production process using liquid forging pieces of6063aluminum alloy lamella piece feasibility.Produced by liquid forging process of complex shape parts or to increase productivity and multi-cavity mold using a process of production is generally an indirect liquid die forging processing. The experiments are chosen based on the principle of indirect liquid forging process.The experiment adopt6063ingots as raw material for industrial use, using the first post-test analysis of simulation methods to study the lamella pieces of indirect liquid feasibility of forging, while on the forming process was studied.The results show that:(1)6063alloy:pressure metal casting by the organization, the average grain diameter of about50.4um, the liquid obtained by forging die forging, grain size, the average diameter of about18.7um~24.9um, the grain Have a large degree of refinement, showing that liquid forging process when forming sheet metal parts can make the pieces of tissue than the metal casting obviously finer organization;(2)6063aluminum alloy produced by indirect liquid forging process sheet that the key is how to ensure that the liquid metal in the process of filling a smooth flow of parts to solve the cracking problem. By changing the gate of the subject area and improve the mold preheating temperature and reduce the speed of filling way to get a basic agreement with the experimental design of complete parts.(3) mold preheating temperature can significantly affect the time of indirect liquid forging formability.6063is the mold on the preheating temperature at200℃~300℃very good shape when you can, but with the mold temperature, the parts of the glitches will increase and there will be the mucosal phenomenon.(4) from this experimental situation, in6063than the pressure of100MPa, the mold preheating temperature300℃, pouring temperature of730℃, holding time for the15s when the parts can be ideal.In this paper, the specimen during the experiment the defects produced a more in-depth analysis of the feasible measures to solve a set of design reference for the production of liquid forging die.
