In this thesis, fast-growing poplar and Chinese fir were selected as researchobjects. The preparation and enhancement process method of soybean-bonded poplarparquet was studied. As for Chinese fir parquet, the introduction of the antimicrobialtreatment process was researched, which applied antimicrobial agent to reinforce thesurface antimicrobial function of Chinese fir. Besides, the environmental protectionperformance of antimicrobial Chinese fir parquet was evaluated. Conclusions basedon this thesis were shown as follows:(1) It is feasible to manufacture soybean-bonded poplar parquet with twoprocess methods: prepresssing and three-stage hot pressing. The glue bond strengthof plywood made by the two process methods could both meet the requirements ofPlywood Ⅱ Standard. However, the prepresssing time is too long to be beneficial tothe actual production. Therefore, three-stage hot pressing process is comparativelysuperior. Besides, the optimum technological parameters of three-stage hot pressingare: hot pressing temperature160℃, hot pressing time70s/mm, glue spread amount450g/m2, and the pressures of each stage are1.8MPa,0.5MPa and1.4MPa,respectively.(2)The process of wear-resistance resin coating, wear-resistance paint film, andwear-resistance resin impregnated paper can all improve the surface abrasionresistance function of soybean-bonded poplar parquet; With the wear-resistanceagent content grows, the surface abrasion resistance function of soybean-bondedpoplar parquet grows correspondingly. In the former two processes, the surfaceabrasion resistance function of sample meets the requirement of national standardwhen the wear-resistance agent content is1%. Compared with the wear-resistanceresin coating process, the surface abrasion resistance function of soybean-bondedpoplar parquet treated with wear-resistance paint film process is relatively inferior.In the process of wear-resistance resin impregnated paper, the surface abrasionresistance function of melamine resin impregnated paper mixed with SiO2isapparently superior to that mixed with Al2O3;And when the wear-resistance agentcontent is5%, the surface abrasion resistance function is the best. Through the coldpressing process of Chinese fir surface veneer treated with compress enhancementand soybean-bonded poplar parquet, MOR and MOE of soybean-bonded poplarparquet can be improved to some degree and meet the required value ofGB/T18103-200. (3)Through the study on the dispersion property of nano antimicrobial agent inthe water, sodium hexametaphosphate is selected as the best dispersant, and itscontent in the suspension system is1%. By the research on the antimicrobialfunction of Chinese fir parquet treated with antimicrobial process, it can beconcluded that: the antimicrobial effect of silver-loaded zirconium phosphateantimicrobial agent against Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus is superiorto other four antimicrobial agents; When its content in coating and MF is1%and0.6%respectively, the antimicrobial ratio of antimicrobial Chinese fir parquet canreach to the antimicrobial level; When its content reach to1.5%-2%and0.8%-1%respectively, the antimicrobial ratio of antimicrobial Chinese fir parquet can reach tostrong antimicrobial level. In the bacterial adhesion experiment, the observation ofSEM confirmed the antimicrobial effect of antimicrobial Chinese fir parquet addedwith silver-loaded zirconium phosphate antimicrobial agent.(4) By the research on the evaluation of environmental protection performanceof antimicrobial Chinese fir parquet treated with two antimicrobial processes, it canbe concluded that: the formaldehyde emission of antimicrobial Chinese fir parquettreated with antimicrobial process using coating as carrier is0.078mg/m3, and itsemission ratio of TVOC is0.164mg/m3·h(72h). Both of the above value can meetthe required value in HJ571-2010《Technical requirement for environmental labelingproducts Wood based panels and finishing products》. In the process of antimicrobialtreatment using MF as carrier, the formaldehyde emission of antimicrobial Chinesefir parquet is0.131mg/m3, and its emission ratio of TVOC is0.386mg/m3·h(72h).The formaldehyde emission of antimicrobial Chinese fir parquetcannot meet the required value in HJ571-2010.
