For the technolodgy of the order distributed grains, people has developed many methods, such asthe ceramic hole template arrangement, laser welding arrangement, static arrangement, multi-layerarrangement, ARIX auto array arrangement system. However, most of these technologies aredesigned for the diamond abrasive, after that we need to use brazing or sinstering to complete theproduction. Ultra-high frequency induction equipment has the characteristic of a small heating area,high heating speed, controlable temperature.etc, CNC motion platform has the charcateristic of thecontrolable position, the device uses the ultra-high frequency induction equipment as the heatingsource, CNC motion platform moves the sensor and workpiece to the right position to achieve brazing,we combine the two technolodgy to design a device to brazing super-hard abrasive to achieve order.Distributed tools. The main research work completed as follows:(1) Develop a device to brazing the super-hard abrasive orderly distributement by using theultra-high frequency equipmentStarting from the device’s control objectives, describe the composed parts of the device, designthe device to brazing the super-hard abrasive orderly distributement by using the ultra-high frequencyequipment. During the device designing process, first design the structure of the device to meetmechanical performance requirements, next design the position feedback circuit and ultra-highfrequency induction equipment open and close circuit, final design the interrupted and executioncontrol card of the device (PCB board) to complete the overall design of the device.(2) Design the system control softwareGood software program is the key to make the system stable, achieve the control goals. To thecontrol program of the lower computer, we base on the microcontroller89C52RC, ues the high-speedcounter T0and T1port to acquise the optical encoder signal. For the communication design betweenthe MCU and PC, the program uses the T2port as a baud rate generator, according to the rulesbetweem the MCU an PC, we finish the communication program design.The host computer program adopts the visual programming language to design thehuman-machine interface, the program is divided into four modules to develop, the paper describesthe design of the program code of each moudle.(3) Debugging and ApplicationDescribing the MCU communication parameter setting, the program downloading process,human-machine interface, operational procedures and other issues, after careful and comprehensivedebugging, we braze two groups of order distributed grains to prove that whether the designed device can meet the designed requirements.
