Nowadays the coal resources in our country has begun to fall short,however,CBM(coalbed methane) doesn’t get reasonable use in the process of mining andthis is a huge loss. CBM is a rising in international clean energy materials in recent ten ortwenty years. If CBM can be used reasonably, we can not only alleviate energy shortages butalso reduce methane emissions to protect the ozone layer and reduce the greenhouse effect.Moreover,if we firstly mine CBM before mining coal, the volume of gas will be reduced70to85percent and gas accidents will be prevented. But for a long time, we don’t have specialequipment for discharge and mining,and we haven’t conducted a systematic study about it yet.The first larger CBM development experimental site in the south of Qinshui Basin has takenshape.According to the characteristics of the CBM of Qinshui Basin and the problem ofdischarge and mining,we make the following optimum design:[1]The optimum design of the equipment of discharge and miningAccording to the basic dynamic production rule of vertical well, we choose three popularequipments of discharge and mining with low cost for the analysis, and use the fuzzyevaluation method to analyze the equipment. Finally, One or two good equipments will bechosen.[2] The optimum design of the system of discharge and miningAccording to the way of discharge and mining and the size of productivity andproduction conditions,we use the software of the optimum design to design the reasonablesystem.[3] The optimum design of the production string of discharge and miningAccording to the characteristics of the CBM of Qinshui Basin, we choose10to20samples in5to10wells to do the experiment of pulverized coal size analysis. Based on theanalysis results,we design the production string.[4] The optimum design of the anti-pulverized coal pump of discharge and miningThe paper will study2special anti-pulverized coal pumps and do the experiments in1to2wells,and the anti-pulverized coal design will be finished from the pump body structure.Because of that, the accidents of pulverized coal pump will decrease.Besides,Thetime of discharge and mining will be extended to180days or more and the cost would begreatly reduced.
