With the rapid development of human society, the problems of environmental geology constantly develop and upgrade, the survival and development of the city is under threaten and Containment, master the geological environment quality conditions through the evaluation of regional geological environment quality conditions, to provides the basis for reasonable to develop and utilize the geological environment.This paper comprehensively analyzes the background of the geological environment conditions and the present situation of the geological disasters in Xi Xiang county. Combined with the characteristics of the geological environment problems in Xi Xiang county, Selected the index terrain slope, Geo-morphological Types, structural type of rock and soil mass, the thickness of Special soil layer, geological structure, ground water level, average annual rainfall, vegetation growth conditions, intensity of human engineering activities, Geological disaster scale, Geological disasters density as evaluation factors, the geological environment quality evaluation system and the classification standard in Xi Xiang county are established, Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation and the BP Neural Network are used to evaluate the study area respectively.(1) Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation:First, make evaluation region grid divided, the Experts-Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)are adopted to determine the weight of a evaluation factors, the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method are used to evaluate each unit, set up space data layer of the evaluation factors, make evaluation results division by using ArcGIS space analysis.(2) BP Neural Network:make evaluation region grid divided, Establish neural network model, select the training sample and train network, then input data of assessment unit into the trained neural network, Finally, the geological environment quality evaluation results in Xi Xiang county can be drawn, make evaluation results division by using ArcGIS space analysis. The geo-environment quality is classified into four classes:best, good, moderate, and worst. According to the evaluation results, we can put forward the reasonable prevention and control measures to protect geo-environmental.Through the comparison with practical conditions, the geological environment quality evaluation division results of two methods are in accordance with the practical survey results, which show that the evaluation model is reasonable and practicable, and have strong practicability.
