Along with the rapid development of national economy, pass by is not beenoptimistic about of the low-grade polymetallick copper-lead-zinc sulfide minerals,thatwould be not valuable resources, have been more and more emphasized.Thecomprehensive recall of the polymetallick copper-lead-zinc sulfide minerals, withoutcyanide and chromium, would be a certain difficulty, so this be moer difficulty for thelow-grade comprehensive recall of the polymetallick copper-lead-zinc sulfide minerals.In a certain place in Xinjiang low-grade copper-lead-zinc polymetallic sulfideminerals, the study could carry on craft experiment such as Process Mineralogy,Beneficiation Flowsheet and Reagent Systemcarries etc,and the target must be for themulti-metal sulfide minerals to provide a economical and reasonable,technicallyfeasible.The copper-lead-zinc ore belongs to fragmentation skarn rock type.The mainmineral stone mineral is the chalcopyrite、galena、sphalerite etc,and the main ganguemineral is the calcite, pomegranate son stone, deeply Hui stone and quartz etc. Therun-of-mine ore grade:Cu0.11%、Pb1.35%、Zn1.59%,and the mineral is characterizedby copper、lead、zinc,a very close symbiotic relationship, with each other to form adifferent account packages form.The polymetallick copper-lead-zinc sulfide minerals islow-grade and complex polymetallic sulphide ore.Against the ore research, copper、lead sulfur part of the mixed–flotation,mixedconcentrate regrinding desulfurization with the new depressant suppression of copperfloating lead,the last flotation separation of mixed tailings could get zinc.So lead、zincsilver to maximize the recovery to obtain lead concentrate grade of57.46%,leadrecovery was85.59%;zinc concentrate grade of41.05%and zinc recovery of67.28%.Because of the original mineral copper the personal status is low and have never canned get qualified copper concentrate,but the copper mine would be got togather, that couldbe the hybrid concentrate of copper-lead-zinc carried on separation research in thefurther.The difficult point of flowsheet study of mineral processing technology ofCu-Pb-Zn ore is copper-lead separation.This experiment abandonned traditionalcyanidation and potassium dichromate separate method, and the new depressant XJD-21suppression of copper floating lead in the non-cyanogen、non-chromium、non-pollutionmedicament would be uesd.The article also study about the tailings settling experiments and returning watercircle experiment.The result discover returning water circle can not influence theconditions of float and experiment index,so the returning water circle can make savingwater and environmental protection.
