Study On Development Status、Problems And Countermeasures Of Environmental Services In Shaanxi Province

Environmental services industry is developed on the basis of environmentalprotection industry, it is belong to the integration and comprehensive environmentalprotection service, it provides enterprises from design development, engineeringconsulting, equipment production, construction and operations management of one-stopservice to a complete industrial chain. Environmental services is an important part ofenvironmental protection industry, it not only became a focus attention, but also it hasbecome one of the strategic industries in China. The experience in developed countrieshas shown that it is not only beneficial to promotion the economic sustained growth,and achieves the goal of environmental protection.This article is based on environmental service industry of Shaanxi Province for thestudy, on the basis of combing environmental service industry-related research ofdomestic and foreign counties, with the sustainable development theory andenvironmental policy theory as guidance, in-depth analysis of connotation ofenvironmental services; Through the material that gain from literature collection andsocial survey, description of the present situation and characteristics of ShaanxiProvince Environmental Services, and select the internal representative environmentalservices company as a study case: Guang Hua waterworks in Shaanxi、Shaanxi TengSen Ecological Technology Company, separately investigation for sewage treatmentservices, environmental technology services；on the basis of summarizes the currentstatus of development of environmental service industry in Shaanxi Province，and analysis the outstanding problems and constraints； From industrial guidance,environmental regulation, and technical ability, market construction, operationmechanism, environmental services, diversified investment, business model, industryassociations, public participation, such as perspective, make recommendations forpromoting the development of environmental service industry in Shaanxi Province.
