Research On The Impact Of Environmental Protection Policies On The Development Of My Country's Laying Hen Industry

In the 1970 s,China's layer industry began to take off.Compared with developed countries,China's layer industry started late,but developed quickly.In recent years,with the development of the global economy,the global layer industry has shown a trend of large-scale development.At the same time,the proportion of production in developing countries has also been on the rise.China is now the world's largest egg producer.However,in the process of development,the problem of environmental pollution is becoming more and more serious.As China attaches great importance to environmental protection,relevant environmental protection ideas and policies are becoming more and more perfect.The implementation of environmental protection policy has had a profound impact on China's layer industry.Is the main point of this article with the improvement of the environmental policy and implementation,to promote the acceleration of the small,retail investors to exit,sped up the process of laying hens industry scale,at the same time to improve laying hens breeding facilities and related technologies in China,environmental policy increase the accountability of local governments,increasing regulation,aquaculture environment have improved a lot.But with a large population and uneven development,China's market is far more complex than that of the United States.In addition to the high degree of industry monopoly,the high degree of scale is not suitable for China's current national conditions.Simply imitating the United States and pursuing scale only will eventually backfire.Considering China's population structure,population quality,resources and land,policies and other specific factors,a high degree of scale is not suitable for China's national conditions.So in the next 10 to 20 years,30,000 to 50,000 layer farmers will still be the main source of eggs.Environmental protection policies have put forward new requirements for the development of the layer industry,and the combination of the layer industry and the collective economy can give play to the advantages of the collective economy,reduce the pollution of the layer industry,and promote the healthy development of the layer industry.Large-scale layer breeding under collective economy is also a development direction of layers in China.In terms of content arrangement,this paper is divided into six chapters.The introduction mainly introduces the research background and significance of this paper,literature review at home and abroad,relevant theoretical basis,research ideas and methods,as well as the innovative points and shortcomings of this paper.Chapter two starts from General Secretary Xi Jinping's important discussion on environmental protection and Xi Jinping thought of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era to understand the requirements of environmental protection in the new era,and then reviews the development process of environmental protection policies in China,especially the accelerated development and implementation of environmental protection policies in the new era after entering the new century.The third chapter discusses in detail the promotion and negative effects of environmental protection policies on the layer industry.Environmental protection policies have accelerated the elimination of backward production capacity and promoted the large-scale development of the layer industry.However,there are also some negative effects such as excessively strict implementation rules of environmental protection policies in some regions and increased the entry difficulty of the layer industry.The fourth chapter introduces the current situation and shortcomings of China's layer industry.Combining with environmental protection policies,it sorts out the requirements of environmental protection on the layer industry.Then,combining with the current situation of the layer industry and the requirements of environmental protection policies,it looks forward to the future development trend of the layer industry.Finally,the paper extended the "environmental protection policy to promote the large-scale development of layer industry" put forward in the research process,and discussed the scale of layer breeding suitable for China.Chapter five reviews the two development stages of China's collective economy.Combined with the new requirements of environmental protection policy on the development of layer industry,it is proposed that the combination of layer industry and collective economy can give play to the advantages of collective economy,reduce the pollution of layer industry,and promote the healthy development of layer industry at the same time.In chapter 6,based on the previous study and relevant analysis,the author tries to draw relevant conclusions through induction and analysis,and puts forward Suggestions on the formulation of industrial policies for laying hens and the environmental protection policies for laying hens raisers.With the implementation of environmental protection policy,the environmental protection policy has been increasingly reflected in the layer industry.It has become the trend and inevitable choice in the development process of the new era for the layer industry to gradually transform from confrontation to understanding to acceptance and adapt to the requirements of environmental protection policies.
