Along with the fast development of medieinein dustry in our country,makethePollution of the Phannacy wastewater with manage has caused the People high valueand attention.Beeause the Proeess of medieine Production in the different medicinespecies and the Production crafts which Put wastewater has a large difference betweenthe flow and water quality, make to usually imply the organic Pollutant that the categnryare of a great variety in the medicine wastewater, and also beeause the product replacingperiod is short,replace along with the produet, the flow and wate rquantity ofwastewater usually changes and unsteady, most of them have a difficulty in decline orrepress the function to the mierobe.And along with the produee of medicine extendcontinuously, a lot of wastewater flow which make older watstwater establishlment hasalread cannot satisfied to increasingly flow,how on the establishment that controls theeconomic costs effectively again the exaltation proeessing result is the point that payattention to relatively curr ently.This article from chongqing a pharmaceutical wastewater were four strains of highefficiency degradation microbial W1, W5, W7, W10,. Through the observation andform of strains16S rDNA appraisal, four strains respectively under Aeromonas sp. AndRhodococcus sp., Pseudomonas sp., Bacillus subtilis. Four genera. The W1, W5, W7,W10and laboratory mixed strains CQS in blends with and determining the cast ratio,and the results showed that the mixed bacteria proportion by five: the1:1:1:1:1combinations degradation the best effect, COD, NH3-N the degradation rate was83%,67%. With the orthogonal experiment, the composite bacterium agent growthcharacteristic, the results show that: the primary and secondary factors order: initial pH,quantity, wave bed speed. That is the initial pH value of the mixed bacteria liquidgrowth impact, quantity is the second smallest, and wave bed affect the minimum speed.And for each factor can choose the best level, on the initial pH value, A2(pH=7) is thebest; Inoculation amount of B2(20%) is the best; Wave bed speed C3(r/min=100) best,namely the best combination for A2(pH=7), B2(20%), the C3(100r/min).Use of efficient composite inocula sewage treatment plant in Chongqing,Southwest Synthetic Pharmaceutical Factory, the biological Xiangde restorationproject.The results showed that: effluent COD was100mg/L or less; the effluentammonia concentration of1mg/L or less; effluent color in less than50; the SS is also 50. At the same time for the biological phase microscopic observation and byPCR-TGGE aerobic biological technology to strengthen the sludge pond before andafter the biological diversity comparative study found that, by biological strengtheninggood raised after the pool of sludge biodiversity increased significantly.This showedthat using Bioaugmentation Technology to deal with the pharmaceutical wastewatercould achieve high running stability and better effluent quality. Thetreating effect of thechemically synthesized pharmaceutical wastewater of lowconcentration is satisfactoryand the effluent quality can meet the requirementsof "discharge standards of waterpollutants for pharmaceutical industry chemicalsynthesis products category"(GB21904-2008).The above results show that the complex microbial inoculants was used for treatingthe Synthetic Pharmaceutical Wastewater is feasible. It simplified the process, improvedthe treatmentefficiency, reduced cost, and provided a theoretical basis and practicalreference forbioaugmentation treatment the high concentration of refractory organicwastewater.wastewater.
