At present the domestic gypsum block production process generally lacks a unifiedproduction scheduling management system, and the scheduling of powder in productionhas also been a block production in the enterprise is weak, the most difficult problem.Although since fifty time of domestic and foreign scholars on the production schedulingproblem has been extensively studied, and made some achievements, but because of thecomplexity of the production environment, production scheduling theory andproduction practice, the combination is not ideal. How to put the classical schedulingtheory into actual production scheduling, in order to improve enterprise control ofproduction process and the degree of accuracy is the focus of this article. Based on theAgent technology the system can adapt to all kinds of discrete, complex, flexibleproduction system, this method in order to solve production scheduling system is one ofthe better methods. Multi Agent system can be through a series of dispersion has theautonomous unit agent cooperate each other in order to solve the problem, in this paper,based on Agent production scheduling model puts forward the hierarchy analysismethod for multiple Agent technology of gypsum block production enterprises dynamicscheduling methods, the research contents as follows:①First of gypsum block production enterprises in the background are introduced,on the significance of the subject are discussed. And the problem of productionscheduling theory research were classified according to the literature, refining, summedup the problem of production scheduling research status at home and abroad and theexisting problems.②Of gypsum block production process are analyzed, and based on thereciprocating motion of the gypsum block production line group, group technologyproduction line of reciprocating motion, and the reciprocating motion of the productionline of powder in production of demand current situation and existing problems aredescribed.③Based on the Agent production scheduling model, the Agent is divided intoAgent, Agent, task management resource Agent and calculation of Agent, gives themulti Agent system of gypsum block production scheduling model based on process.Combined with the Agent function, the system is simulated, the simulation results showthat the model can effectively on the production of raw materials is provided for dispatching optimization decision.
