It is the basic national policy of our country to build an economic society andenvironment friendly society; it is also a long strategic task in National economy andsocial development of Long-term and medium-term plan. building energy consumptionhas been responsible for one third of social total energy consumption in our country,whole buildings heating and Refrigeration are the main consumers with taking up above50%on building energy consumption, it is the most potential direction for energyconservation. Rivers, lakes, sea and other natural water contain a large number ofenvironmental energy, the development and utilization of these cold/heat sources of isthe focus and the advancing edge in the new energy resources and energy conservationin buildings. Summer cooling and winter heating are demanded highly for the weatheris heat in summer, cold and wet in winter in Chongqing, also, lots of buildings arelocated along reservoirs or seas. So applications of lake and reservoir water source heatpump system have a bright future and with nice natural resources in Chongqing.According to the variation tendency and characteristic of water quality in lakereservoirs, we researched progress water treatment technology of surface water heatpump (SWHP) at home and abroad and developed the ultrasonic microfiltrationefficient filter of removing algae combined to the limited and topographic irregularity inChongqing. New equipment with high running efficiency is more suitable for using inChongqing. Experimental studies have been carried out on sand remover、algae controland scale controlling. And we obtained the following main results:①Experimental study has been carried out on Scale-resistant, results showed thatraw water treated by ultrasound with3min when it’s frequency20KHz、power200W,thescale inhibition percentages could reach more than84.5%, ultrasonic+microfiltrationwill be developed According to the optimum ultrasound parameter(ultrasonicfrequency、power、acting time) which are demonstrated by our experiments.②A new water-treatment device used for Surface water heat pump is presentedbased on the characteristics of lake and reservoir water in chongqing. the method ofmicrofiltration technology and ultrasonic technology are used to achieve the purpose ofscale inhibition and algae removal. While PLC to control the automatic backwash offilter according to given differential pressure of backwashing. Pilot-scale ExperimentalStudy are carried out on sand remover、algae control and scale controlling,Through testing research to get better effect, structural parameter carries out optimization.③By means of electrical control system achieve automatic backwash according topressure difference or Time Controller, microfiltration Efficient algae-removed filter cansupply of water continually during the backwashing. Frequency of back washing can becontrolled by PLC.④Pilot-scale experimental study shows that: when the influent quality is stable,the average removal rate of the new microfiltration are63%、72.8%、76.9%respectively.Experiment shows that under the same influent conditions, the algae removingultrasonic-microfiltration filter has technical advantages on removing sediment,turbidity and algae compared with the conventional water treatment systems of surfacewater heat pump (SWHP). The water quality of effluent can meet the requirements ofwater source heat pump system for water quality. So it is suitable for water treatmentsystems of surface water heat pump (SWHP).The results of this research will provide technical support for the development ofsurface water heat pump and it also provide reference for the similar problems whichencountered in the the city water supply project.
