With the development of the national "13th Five-Year" plan,construction intensive, safe, efficient and green mining area is the long-term goal of coal mine. As large waste of resources in the mining process of production, people pay more and more attention to mine water in recent years. The water source heat pump air conditioning system is transformed from the mine water, and the heat of the mine water is effectively utilized. But at present, the coal mine only subjectively judge the effect of mine water source heat pump system. Therefore, it is necessary to establish a complete evaluation system to objectively evaluate the effect of mine water source heat pump air conditioning system. It has guiding significance to the improvement of production operation.First, based on the actual production situation and the domestic and foreign research results of the mine water source heat pump air conditioning system, This paper analyzes the factors that affect the implementation of the system in detail, and forms a more complete evaluation framework; Then, this paper optimized indexes from the views of qualitative and quantitative data.The qualitative analysis is optimized, based on expert opinion and site implementation conditions.The quantitative analysis is to use the gray correlation degree method to optimize the data of the two years' data of quantitative indicators, and select the factors that have a high degree of correlation. Optimization index is to establish the final comprehensive evaluation system; Third, it is to determine the weight of qualitative indexes by using the improved AHP and to determine the weights of quantitative indexes by using gray correlation analysis method. The weights that obtained from the two methods are combined to get a more objective and effective weight ratio;Fourth, this paper determined the grey fuzzy membership based on grey fuzzy theory. The qualitative indexes are divided membership values according to the expert scoring by using the Whitenazition function. The quantitative indexes are divided membership values according to actual production data by using exponential distribution function. The grey fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model is established thereby. Finally,the evaluation model is used to carry on the gray fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and analysis of the data of the project, and the corresponding suggestions for improvement are given.
