Environmental pollution is a serious global problem. In 20 century, a series of environmental disaster events happened due to persistent organic pollutants (POPs). POPs are toxic, persistent, bioaccumulative and prone to long-range transport. In recent years, more and more researches have been focused on POPs. This thesis presents rapaid analytical methods of POPs. The main contents of this thesis are as follows:(1) The hapten synthesis of tris-(2,3-dibromopropyl) isocyanurate (TBC): TBC is one kind of triazine flame retardant which contained bromine, it is also a potential POPs. In order to establish the immune detection method of TBC, we synthesis the haptens of TBC with aldehyde reactive groups setp by step based on 2,4,6-tris(2-allyloxy) -1,3,5-triazine. The experiment of preparing antibody of TBC is being on progress.(2) Detection of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) using CdTe Quantum: Dot-modified TiO2 nanotube (TiO2 NT) array: CdTe QDs-modified TiO2 NT array was prepared and applied for the detection of PAHs based on ?uorescence resonance energy transfer (FRET). The highest sensitivity is observed in response to benzo(a)pyrene (BaP), as low as 15 pM BaP can be detected by the proposed sensor. As the quantification is based on the relative ?uorescence intensity of 370 nm and 410 nm, the sensor does not need any calibration with a standard sensor, and the sensor-to-sensor difference does not affect the detection, which is much important for practical applications since in most cases the sensor-to-sensor difference makes the practical detection impossible if the sensor reproducibility is not satisfied. The practicability of the sensor is tested by analyzing PAHs in Xiangjiang River water, and the PAHs contents ranges from 0.045 to 2.847 ng/L.(3) Detection of 2-anthracene amine by CdTe modified fluorine-doped tin oxide (FTO) electrode: Here we selected the FTO conductive glass which has special optical and electrical conductivity properties as substrate, and successfully deposited CdTe quantum dots on it using simple pulse-electrodeposition method. The CdTe / FTO composites exhibites good electro-optical property. The various optimum conditions were obtained in the experiment: deposition voltage, -1 V; supporting electrolyte (borate solution), 0.2 M, pH 9.0; externally applied potential, 0 V. Applying research found that the photocurrent of the CdTe/FTO electrode can be quenched by polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbon (PAHs) molecules with different degrees, and 2-anthracene amine is most obvious. Based on this, 2-anthracene amine was detected, and the detection range from 1.0×10 -7 M to 1.0×10 -11 M.
