In this paper, ammonium chloride, ammonium sulfate, potassiumchloride single nitrogen and potassium fertilizer agglomerationgranulation process was researched from the solid binder. PowderProperties, liquid properties and powder-liquid properties have acertain relationship with the mechanism of granulation, therefore, inthe granulation process, to view the ratio of materials, granulationtemperature, the value of pH, binder and other parameters impactingon the rate of granulation, granulating speed and particle hardness,Finding out the solid binder morphological changes with a singlefertilizer granulation correlation and preliminary study of the solidbinder of granulation formation mechanism.First of all, potassium chloride of preliminary qualitative analysiswas made in laboratory by a small experiment, and choosing calciumcarbonate as the best binder of potassium chloride. Secondly, wemake a small, middling experiment and nucleation mechanism onammonium sulfate to obtain the suitable binder . Calcium sulfate, PVA selected as the best solid binder and liquid binder. The mechanism ofparticle formation is the use of calcium sulfate crystal whiskeradsorption and attach materials granulation. Finally, we make a smalland middling experiment in laboratory and production test to study onammonium chloride. Study finds calcium carbonate and sulfate as thebest solid binder and liquid binder, and optimization of 30% nitrogenfertilizer production parameters. we have explored the mechanism ofinteraction between material and solid binder through electronicmicroscope scanning. The mechanism of particle formation is to usethe materials chemical reaction to produce calcium sulfate(adsorption) and urea sulfate (adhesion) package materialgranulation, At the same time have reaction heat to provide certaingranulation temperature to help granulation. In conclusion, the paper has explored single fertilizer granulationprocess, according to the binder and materials granulation pre andpost morphological changes. Which provides technical support formixed fertilizer based fertilizer research and development. Newgranulation process not only can reduce production costs, improveproduct quality, but also bring breakthrough in the granulation theory. Therefore, single fertilizer granulation technology research has acertain social benefits and economic benefits.
