Therefore, multilayer compound fabric research has become an important direction.The main researching works have been done are as follows:First, according to the compound fabric of the function requirement, designing between compound level.Second, choose and buy the outer and inner fabrics. With scanning electron microscopy(sem) we observe the PTFE film’s internal morphological structure.Adhesives are chosen polyurethane(PUR) and EVA.Third, employing orthogonal experimental design combination scheme,using the specific L9(34)orthogonal table,so as to get nine laminated composite technology.Thus,we will make24combinations into108two layer compound fabric and108three layer compound fabric, a total of216different compound fabric.Forth,in different process parameters conditions,we mainly test the composite fabric of peel strength, hydrostatic pressure resistance,moisture permeability and air permeability.Then,we will respectively be research and analysis.In general,we use the gray nearly optimal theory to comprehensively assess the compound the optimum process.From composite fabric of each main performance.We carry out comprehensive evaluation.Through the calculation,finally we got process five for the optimal process.Fifth, in the optimal process five conditions,we test laminated composite fabric of warmth retention property.The fitting curve that we use between fabric structure parameters and fabric heat preservation rate,between the fabric of heat preservation rate and the fabric thickness,degree and gram mass three structure parameters are positive growth relationship.
