The interaction between submarine oil (gas) transport pipelines with wave andocean currents is a fairly complex fluid-structure interaction problem. There is a closerelationship between erosion damage of the pipeline and local flow field around thepipeline and hydrodynamic pressure. Based on the theory of flow around cylinderbody, analysis the velocity distribution around the pipeline and the force on pipelineswall by model tests and numerical simulation. This thesis takes a PPR tube as thematerial to imitate the submarine pipeline. The parameters of the flow field andpressure were measured by the high accuracy instrument NDV and the high accuracypressure sensor of point type. By introducing the FLOW3D software, used volume offluid (VOF) method to capture the free surface of the wave, RNG k-εmodel is chosento simulate the turbulence, then compared the numerical results with experimentalresults. At the same time, analysis the pipe stress in horizontal and vertical directionby hydrodynamic pressures of eight points around the pipeline. In this experiment study,we researched current velocity distribution、turbulenceintensity distribution and analyzed the forces of the pipe by a change of the axis ofpipe、flow and the angleαof wave direction. Along the flow direction、the axis ofpipe ,this factors will change under the condition of different flow velocity、waveheight and clearance ratio. This thesis discusses mainly the distribution of flowfield around the pipe、turbulence intensity and the forced law of pipewhich caused by the change of angleα.We obtain the current velocitydistribution、turbulence intensity distribution and the forced law of pipe indifferent conditions of the Hydraulic. Furthermore, these research results canprovide basic information for the study on the Erosion Damage of SubmarinePipeline with slope flow.
