At present, the economic development situation of our country is getting better, and submarine mining technology is also improving year by year.Submarine pipeline transportation has developed rapidly as the main method of transporting crude oil and gas.It has been widely used in the transportation of subsea oil and gas in various sea areas. After years of operation, the submarine pipeline inevitably caused its own abrasion and external damage. With the increase in the laying of submarine pipelines, the leakage accidents have also occurred frequently.Compared with land pipelines, the impact of marine pipeline leakage on the environment has a larger range and longer duration. Therefore,it is necessary to conduct a series of studies on the leakage and diffusion of submarine pipelines. This analyzes the characteristics of leakage and diffusion of submarine exposed pipelines and submarine buried pipelines, and establishes two two-dimensional physical models in conjunction with the related theories of fluid mechanics. With the help of ANSYS simulation software,VOF model,k-? model, finite volume method and PISO algorithm are used to numerically simulate the leakage and diffusion of submarine pipelines. The influence of factors such as different leakage aperture, leakage velocity, current velocity and leakage pressure on the leakage and diffusion of submarine pipelines was studied, mainly from the time when the leakage began to reach the sea surface, the distance of oil pollution in the water, the concentration of oil pollution and the form of oil diffusion to the sea surface Wait for several aspects of analysis. And summarize the function relationship of oil diffusion horizontal/vertical displacement and time. When the submarine pipeline leakage accident occurs, predict the oil's propagation trajectory and diffusion range in the water, and the time to reach the sea surface, which will provide a basis and reference for predicting the degree of pollution and damage to the marine environment of the invisible water below the sea surface. You can also more clearly understand the oil leakage and diffusion process of submarine pipelines, and use the model in the specific area to provide data calculation basis for oil spill pollution assessment and emergency measures in this area.
