Under the circumstance of water shortage, our country is also facing theproblems of serious water pollution. Particularly, the emissions of industrial wastewater has taken a ample proportions. Ramie-degumming wastewater, with itscharacteristics of difficult decompounded organic compounds、high color、poorbiodegradability and strong basicity, is difficulty to treat. Therefore the research onefficient treatment of ramie-degumming wastewater is of significant practical value.UV-fenton/TiO2photocatalytic oxidation process is an advanced oxidationtechnology, which has the quality of decomposing toxic organic pollutant inwastewater effectively. This paper regards non-pectic black liquor and middle-stagewastewater as research objects. Based on treatment for different concentration, apretreatment of ramie-degumming wastewater has been made by UV-fenton/TiO2photocatalytic oxidation process. The single factor experiments state that theinfluence of each factor on experiment, then scope of the parameters in orthogonaltest can be determined. By orthogonal experiment, the optimum reaction conditions ofUV-fenton/TiO2photocatalytic oxidation process is determined. In addition, takingefficiency and economy into consideration, this thesis has done a comparativeanalysis of UV-fenton/TiO2photocatalytic oxidation process and UV-fenton process. Finally, with the help of ultraviolet spectrophotometer, this thesis has done a scanninganalysis of water samples of non-pectic black liquor and middle-stage wastewater. From the research, it demonstrates that best ratio and dosage of UV-fenton/TiO2photocatalytic oxidation process for treating ramie-degumming wastewater. For thenon-pectic black liquor, when the dosage of H2O2is 76.7ml/L, Fe2+is 3.3 ml/L, TiO2is 3.7g/L, and PH value is 3.0. Light irradiate for 90min, intensity of illumination is60W, the CODCrremoval rate is 64.2%, BOD5/COD is 0.47. For the middle-stagewastewater, when the dosage of H2O2is 7.0ml/L, Fe2+is 6.7 ml/L, TiO2is 4.0g/L, andPH value is 4.5. Light irradiate for 90min, intensity of illumination is 60W, the CODCrremoval rate is 98.7%, BOD5/COD is 0.63. By comparing UV-fenton process andUV-fenton/TiO2photocatalytic oxidation process, the latter is more economical andefficient.
