With the rapid increase of the global energy demand, the development andutilization of new clean energy has been paid more and more attention, including thedevelopment of marine wind power is quite rapid. Because the Marine Fanenvironment for high corrosion environment, and in recent years, with the increasingpower of the wind turbine, the size of the equipment becomes larger, higherinvestment and maintenance more difficult, this to the Marine fan of tower drumanti-corrosion coating put forward higher request. The traditional Marine fan towerdrum coating process for zinc-rich primer/epoxy micaceous iron oxide intermediatepaint/polyurethane topcoat, zinc-rich primer due to the low content of zinc powder,electrochemical protection effect is not obvious; Polyurethane topcoat weatherabilityand corrosion resistance also more and more can not meet the design demand now;And the traditional three-coating system construction process complex, constructioncost is high, it is not convenient to daily maintenance and repair. In view of the aboveproblem, the subject to add film galvanized zinc as reference standards, and gatherpolysiloxane topcoats of fan tower two-coating system. The specific research workare as follows:1、The preparation and properties of film galvanizing. The film galvanizing dryfilm solid content of more than 96%.which has been maded of special coated resinand superfine zinc powder. Test the status of the different solvent systems on filmgalvanizing surfaces, dry time and the impact of the physical and mechanicalproperties. And ultimately determine the film galvanizing solvent system for butylacetate: heavy aromatics = 2:6. Examine the effects of the solvent system, solventconsumption and aging time on the viscosity of film galvanizing. Through filmgalvanizing with conductive polymers IDP, the film surface resistance has beenreduced and the electrochemical corrosion has been improved. Discusses the effect offilm adhesion, flexibility, and surface resistivity on content of IDP film adhesion,determined the content of IDP is1.5% when the film comprehensive performance isthe best. Examines the content of zinc powder coating corrosion resistance to salt spray test and salt water immersion test, to determine the film galvanizing zincpowder content of 96%. Resistance to water vapor permeability test showed that thehomemade film galvanizing resistance to water vapor permeability and flake zincpowder zinc-rich coating, as well as inorganic phosphate, zinc-rich coating is quite,has a good anti-permeability.2、Corrosion Resistant of Polysiloxane topcoat. The paint color retention ofepoxy silicone and acrylic polysiloxane were studied by weathering test. Usingpull-off test for adhesion of epoxy silicone and acrylic polysiloxane paint adhesiontensile fracture. Through the QUV accelerated aging test, inspected the gloss retentionof polysiloxane paint, fluorocarbon paint and polyurethane paint in 1500h and2000h.The results showed that gather polysiloxane topcoat, fluorocarbon finish can keepgood gloss retention, and polyurethane finish in1500h can keep both of a gloss, butin2000h, its gloss retention decreased dramatically, and the emergence of thephenomenon of loss of light powder. Artificial accelerated aging ( xenon ) test showedthe color change of three finish in the experimental process is not obvious, but thegloss retention is difference, and also in the same situation, the weather ability ofpolyurethane finish is significantly worse than the polysiloxane topcoat andfluorocarbon finish.3、Research of composite coating system and process. IS012944 standardatmospheric corrosion environment to specific categories and between the differentcoating systems supporting the basic principles described in this chapter. Circulationcorrosion test shows that the early two-coating system and three-coating systemcorrosion resistance similar, after 5 weeks, three-coating system significant corrosion,while the two-coating systems is good, in the test 12 weeks three coating has a lot ofblistering, cracking, falling, unilateral expansion eclipse of 2mm. When salt spray testof 2500h, three-coating system film appear obvious loss and destruction, and thetwo-coating system in good condition. Adhesion test showed that the cycling test afterthe film, either system A or system B, the adhesion test is greater than 5MPa, and theattenuation is less than 50% of the prescribed, but the obvious system of polysiloxanesuperior to the traditional polyurethane coating system. Based on the above trials concluded: the two-coating system with film galvanizing as primer and polysiloxanetopcoat has better performance than the conventional polyurethane three-coatingsystem, completely can be replaced for the coastal wind turbine tower anticorrosioncoating.
