Origin of life issue always has been a hot topic. The theory of origin of lifeappeared in early stage of human history. Currently, evolution is a theory that iswidely recognized. Chemical evolution considers that all lives on earth is fromnon-life material through a long history of evolution. The whole process containsthree stages which are elements evolution, molecular evolution, and biologicalevolution. Molecular evolution includes ongoing chemical reactions and generation ofnew materials. So, we can make molecular evolutionary stage known as chemicalevolutionary stage which includes the synthesis of organic small molecule, biologicalsmall molecules, and biological macromolecules. Recently, the research of origin oflife mainly concentrated on the phase of synthesis of biological small molecule. Inthis process, synthesis of amino acids, purines, pyrimidines are particularly importantbecause these substances are the basic units of the life.In the1970s, Hydrothermal Vent appears in the scientists’ horizon. More andmore people believe that maybe the life originating from the Hydrothermal VentEcosystems.Hydrothermal-Vent theroy is proposed and become a new hypothesis.Hydrothermal Vent Ecosystem is an especially complicated eco-system with specialtemperature and circulation system which contains many different types of chemicalcomponent and the abundant minerals. This complicated condition provides suitableongoing conditions for many biological and chemical reactions.Hydrothermal-Venttheroy tells us that we can not completely simulate the whole process of origin of lifebecause this process is so complicated. What we can do under our knowledge systemsis to seek the proof of the origin of life and its reasonable explanations. Take thecurrent research situation, Hydrothermal-Vent theroy is reasonable. This paper focuses on hydrothemal system, taking the phthalicimide and simpleorganic acid as raw material, to synthesize amino acids. in the atmosphere of ferroussulfide. In the view of present related researches, synthesis of amino acids are mostunder mixed-gas environment and discharged conditions. It’s a breakthrough tosynthesize amino acids under the conditions of simulated hot water of the originalenvironment. Accomplishing the synthesis of phthalic imide,someone once took theCO2,H2O as raw material, Fe together with Mn3O4as the catalyst, and emulated theoriginal Earth temperature (300℃) and pressure (7MPa) conditions. Taking phthalicimide as amino donor, this paper successfully synthesizes glycine. The continuity andprogressive of Origin of life are proved. In the gradual evolution of the origin oflife,one old material is an important premise of the other new substance generation. Inaddition, paper attempts to synthesize methionine using formaldehyde as rawmaterials,ammonia as amino donor, and providing H2S atmosphere. Methionine isalso known as Methyl-methionine which is one of eight necessary amino acids forhuman. Its synthesis is very important in the study of the origin of life.
