The study on the technology of the flexible water-injection development is emerg-ed against the background of the increasing difficulty in Daqing Oilfield with high an-d stable yield, national demand increasing, intense competition of the international oil-market. It is the exploitation of new technologies for complex fault blocks of Daqingoil field. Through research and application of this technology, to solve complex problems in harvesting and improve the yield of the complex fault block. In21st century, ex-ploration and development of oil and gas resources in Daqing faces the development o-f a complex of reservoirs and complex geological conditions of oil and gas resources, faces late in the development of tapping the potential reform of the old oil and gas fiel-ds, faces a development of later stage of high water cut the remaining reserves, and fa-ces the challenges of the world oil market. Therefore, flexible water water-injection te-chnology is one of the indispensable backbone technology in21st century oil mining i-n China, with polymer flooding technology become the main development direction o-f crude oil mining and hot spots. Improvement of the prediction of remaining reserves, can provide the basis for the stage production in complex fault block, and has playeda positive role in exploring the effective utilization of flexible water-injection in othergeological blocks in the oil field, increasing oil and gas production, and expanding ca-pacity.This paper focuses on stratigraphic architecture and reservoir geological features in Sa-nzhao area of Daqing Oilfield formation, and conducts a study on the application of fl-exible water-injection technology in the block. Through analysis and forecast of typic-al blocks of different injection-production ratio, different injection-to-production-wellratio development effect by using the method of numerical simulation, this paper intro-duces water flooding control degree, and changes of fluid recovery rate and oil recove-ry rate during the development in the case against nine-point method. Through in cont-rols under the condition to establish the numerical simulation geological model, to cho-ose the typical sub-area to conduct the numerical simulation research, this paper propo-ses the nimble water-injection development research direction. This paper is divided i-nto the following several parts: 1st, we have carried out the reserves fine computational method research, and discuss-ed after the subdivision of sedimentary units, according to the type of sand, meticulou-sly calculated on geological reserve of single well and well group.2nd, we have carried out a study on the calculation method of remaining reserves, in o-rder to clarify the remaining oil potential and distribution in the underground each kin-d of oil layer.3rd, we have study on the situation of development in the quite typical three fault bloc-ks of complex fault block, and discovered situation of oil layer’s connection, oil-produ-cing rate and so on.4th, we have carried on the grid establishment to three simulation sub-areas and workof controlling the modeling, and established the dynamic geological model and the dy-namic observation model from putting into the production to present, to predict the sit-uations of oil-water distribution.5th, we analyzed the scheme of water injection network in these three typical fault blo-ck areas, compared situation of oil layer’s connection and control degree of water floo-ding, and then used numerical simulation to development contrast, ultimately determi-ned the scientific and reasonable initial choice of well pattern and the injection-produc-tion ratio.
