Water injection development effect variation led to the rapid decline of oil Wells, restricts the oilfield efficient development process, so research on comprehensive governance failure Wells water injection is particularly important.This paper first analyzed from water injection for oil well production characteristics, study waterflood failure cause and the reservoir model, failure reasons of the ordovician carbonate reservoir water flooding has carried on the detailed analysis and summary, the content including failure reason analysis and unit for oil filling failure reason analysis. Then through consulting a large number of documents, combined with the feature of carbonate reservoir geological characteristics and development, puts forward corresponding countermeasures on water injection failure Wells.
