In recent years, major pollution incidents occur frequently, the life that givespeople brought severe impact, also continue to alarm us. Heavy metal pollution is oneaspect, and other pollutants, heavy metal pollutants in the environment can not bedegraded in environment, accumulation and circulation, no end of trouble for the future.Arsenic, mercury is Heavy metal pollution“The Twelfth Five-Year Plan” key in theprevention and monitoring of the two elements. Determination of arsenic, mercuryelements in soil samples in the presence of morphology, allow an objective evaluationof a regional environmental quality and ecological characteristics. The morphological analysis of testing methods, compared to other methods ofatomic fluorescence spectroscopy has the advantages of low detection limit, has theadvantages of simple operation, less interference, wide linear range and low prices. This experiment is the main research content:(1) the development of low cost, simple, rapid, accurate atomic fluorescencespectrometry method system, and optimize the arsenic, mercury measurement is a keyinfluence factors.(2) studies of experimental data uncertainty, laboratory data accuracy, reliability.Through the experiment to determine the optimal measuring instrument of arsenic, mercury and reaction system; establish the analysis method detection limit, precisionand accuracy; application evaluation of uncertainty evaluation of each experiment stepsmay bring uncertainty and unknown sample experimental data uncertainty, thatexperimental method experimental data are accurate, reliable and controllable. In actualoperation, the use of atomic fluorescence spectrometry for determination of arsenic insoil sample, each state of the mercury content is feasible.
