The volume of the2008national total industrial waste water is about21.788billion tons, the volume of pulp and paper industry effluent is about4.077billiontons, which account for18.7%of the total industrial wastewater. The CODemissions of pulp and paper industry wastewater is about1.288million tons,Which account for32%of the total industrial wastewater. Therefore, deal withthe pulp and paper wastewater. Especially, study on anaerobic treatment of strawpulp midcourse wastewater at the normal temperature.In this paper, in order to solve problems of anaerobic treatment of lowstrength wastewater at room temperature, design a highly efficient anaerobictreatment reactor and simulate the reactor with the fluid dynamics software anduse the reactor to deal with the wastewater. Under the normal temperature (23degrees±3degrees) conditions, the HRT, reflux ratio and the rising velocity offlow, the volume load and other factors on treatment of straw pulp midcoursewastewater by the improved granular sludge fluidized bed were discussed. thegas production of the reactor, Effluent can meet the national emission standardsby follow-up treatment.Through research and analysis of the anaerobic reactor, design the improvedgranular sludge bed anaerobic reactor and simulate anaerobic granular sludgebed reactor, using fluent software and analysis of the simulation results,improved granular sludge fluidized bed were optimized, then the reactor wasused to treat the midcourse wastewater. At the normal temperature (23degrees±3degrees) conditions, discussed the HRT, reflux ratio and the rising velocity offlow, the volume load and other factors on treatment of straw pulp midcoursewastewater by the improved granular sludge fluidized bed. in the residence timeof16h, reflux ratio is1:3, rising velocity of flow is2.3m/h. The CODcrremovalrate is about53%, the color removal rate is about40%.study the Reactor gasproduction under optimal conditions, the gas production of the reactor is about 0.55L/g;.Anaerobic effluent can not meet emission requirements, the follow-uptreatment is important. The follow-up treatment using SBR and advancedoxidation processes. Dealing with anaerobic effluent with SBR reactor, controlsludge concentration of approximately2500mg/L, control volume of dissolvedoxygen in the water is about2.0mg/L, the reaction time is8h, the removalefficiency of CODcrand color is close to65%and35%.Conditions of advancedoxidation processes as follows:Fe and Cu mass ratio is4:1, pH is4, the dosageof ClO2which the concentration is2mol/L is0.5ml/L, the dosage of30%H2O2is0.5ml/L, when the reaction time is2hours. The CODcrof effluent can be reducedto60mg/L and the Color is in the less than30and reached a new environmentalindicators...
