Mannich base not only in pesticides, dyes, pharmaceuticals, paints,explosives and other aspects of a wide range of uses, but also an importantintermediate for the synthesis of natural products in the organic chemistry ofactive molecules in the application. It was reported that Mannich study more inrecent years, but a few reports of the contains ferrocenyl Mannich bases at homeand abroad, the Mannich base containing ferrocenyl was synthesized byferrocene derivatives with formaldehyde and aliphatic amines, there wasoccurred Mannich reaction, but corresponding type of Mannich base containingferrocenyl less in the synthesis. Mannich base containing ferrocenyl is animportant class of intermediates in the synthesis of anatural products activemolecules in organic synthesis. The Mannich base containing ferrocenyl not onlyhas the drug activity of the ferrocene derivatives d, but also with the Mannichbase in agriculture,so there will be a strong lethal new insecticides in medicine;and a strong antibacterial class of novel antibacterial drugs; containingferrocenyl Mannich Base in dyes, paints, explosives and other wild wide rangeof applications. Therefore, for the study containing ferrocenyl Mannich base hasa large value and application prospect.-+acid and acetic anhydride as material,and synthetize the acetyl ferrocene.Ferrocene derivatives has been researched extensively as manyphysiological activities, It is an important intermediate of the medicine andpesticide, it has antibacterial, bactericidal, anti-inflammatory, antitumor andother biological activities. In this experiment, Ferrocene were introduced into theMannich reaction to synthesis the Mannich base containing ferrocenyl, and theantibacterial activity of the product was tested. Experiment was divided intothree parts as following.(1) Refer to the corresponding literature,we took Ferrocene, phosphoricacid and acetic anhydride as material, and synthetize the acetyl ferrocene. (2)12containing ferrocenyl Mannich base was synthesized by Acetylferrocene, amines, formaldehyde Mannich reaction including β-phenyl-β-phenylamino-propionyl ferrocene and β-benzene base-β-(2-chlorophenylamino) propionyl ferrocene, β-phenyl-β-(3-chlorophenyl amino) propionylferrocene, β-phenyl-β-(4-chlorophenyl amino propionyl ferrocene),β-phenyl-β-(4-bromo-amino) propionyl ferrocene, β-phenyl-β-(3-nitrophenylamino) propionyl two ferrocene, β-phenyl-β-(4-nitrophenyl amino) propionylferrocene, β-phenyl-β-(4-methyl phenyl amino) propionyl ferrocene,β-phenyl-β-(4-methoxy amino) propionyl ferrocene, β-phenyl-β-morpholinecdiacyl ferrocene,beta-(2,-chlorophenyl amino) propionyl ferrocene, beta-(3-nitrophenyl amino) propionyl ferrocene, The products were characterized by IR,1HNMR,13CNMR.(3)The antibacterial activity of the above-mentioned compounds were madeby E.coli (Escherichia coli), Staphylococcus aureus, yeast (Saccharomycescerevisiae), actinomycetes, Streptococcus. The results showed that they allhad bactericidal activity to the five kinds of bacteria. Specially, nitrophenylamino Mannich base had more significant antibacterical activity than others.
