Aromatic nitro compounds in the organic industry is an important class of chemical raw materials, can be used to synthetic fuels、pharmaceuticals、 pesticides、rubber and plastic additives、synthetic detergents、which itself often as explosives、spices and pharmaceutical products, chemical products in the production process generated a lot of nitrobenzene wastewater. Because of its toxicity nitrobenzene wastewater,biodegradable,eco-environment、human health and damage to the wastewater treatment system, an increasing especially in2005PetroChina Jilin Petrochemical Company nitrobenzene pollution event caused by the explosion as it was once again sounded the alarm, and therefore the study of such wastewater treatment with typical practical significance.Currently nitrobenzene wastewater treatment methods are mainly physical, chemical oxidation and biodegradation method. Usually as a means of pre-physical methods for containing high concentrations of nitrobenzene industrial wastewater, the use of physical means to reduce the concentration of nitrobenzene to improve the biodegradability of wastewater, but not completely degrade pollutants, could easily lead to secondary pollution; complete oxidation of chemical oxidation law,does not cause secondary pollution, but there are high cost, or handling of toxic reagents such as their own shortcomings; for bio-degradation, processing advantages of low cost, environment safe, but toxic waste nitrobenzene, the strains with high requirements, and covers an area of large, high investment cost. Therefore, the traditional approach is difficult to effectively degrade these waste water treatment.Nitrobenzene wastewater treatment for the current unsatisfactory situation, the subject of study of supercritical water oxidation (SCWO) technology. Supercritical water oxidation in handling toxic、biodegradable organic waste has unique advantages, in recent years much attention and research focus technology In this paper, supercritical water oxidation of the basic principles, the reaction mechanism as the theoretical basis, elaborated on SCWO reaction characteristics, process and reaction kinetics, and in handling all types of waste pollutants SCWO experimental study of the status quo situation and industrial applications aspects of a more comprehensive overview. On this basis, the use of self-designed continuous supercritical water oxidation treatment plant, waste water to nitrobenzene simulation for the study, with the removal of CODcr to characterize the simulated wastewater degradation efficiency of its water in the supercritical reaction rules and kinetic aspects of a more in-depth study, the following experimental results:1. SCWO of nitrobenzene simulated wastewater treatment is better, Under the optimum conditions of CODcr removal of up to95%, This shows that SCWO is a highly efficient wastewater treatment technology; 2. Single factor experiments, combined with the orthogonal experiment showed that all factors for the SCWO of nitrobenzene simulated wastewater treatment CODcr removal rate in the primary and secondary order:reaction temperature>stay> reaction pressure>peroxide multiples, and SCWO of nitrobenzene best simulated wastewater treatment process:T=480℃, P=28MPa, t=30s, n=5;3. the present study, exponential model and the use of reaction time induced by the traditional exponential correction equation, under the conditions of the reaction pressure28MPa, per acetic multiples of5, obtained nitrobenzene simulated wastewater treatment SCWO kinetic equation:...
