With the development of science and technology, the demand of human for energy is increasing. Although the new energy is in the continuous discovery and utilization, coal energy is still one of the world’s leading energy. Coal resources in China has proven1000m below the accounting for73point17percent of all coal and shallow coal resources is gradually reduced. Since coal industry was into the mechanization of coal mining in1980, the mining depth has been increasing with8to12meters each year, and it goes to10to25meters of the annual growth in the eastern area. There are256mines whose depth have been more than800m by now. With the development of mechanization in coal mining and the demand for energy in the next10years, China’s mining depth will reach in1000to1500meters, and then it will be the deep mining. Many surrounding rocks has actually become the soft rock of engineering by the reason of strong grond stress in the depth. It shows off the strong expansion, stress softening and continuous rheological characteristics.Also,the deformation of roadway is exacerbated and backplane plucks up severely, leading to more than90%’rework of part roadway. The difficulty and the cost of safe and efficient exploitation have increased. According to statistics, costs of the average ton increased by5%with every100meters addition in mining depth. Meanwhile, with the increase of mining depth, the frequency and intensity of rockburst increases, and the difficulty of prevention and treatment increases too. The study of the deep mine is critical. This paper, by the analysis of the results of the deep tunnel abroad and according to the domestic deep mining successful experience, makes the layout of the roadway and supporting parameters for Luan Coal River Temple of mine geological conditions. First, by theoretical analysis of the supporting of two types of bolt and cable and the U-shaped steel, receive support parameters of the roadway; And by the calculation of two theories to the reasonable pillar of River Temple of mine, it gets the result. Again, by the using of FLAC3D to simulate the geological conditions of River temple, to optimizate the mine pillar, and get the most appropriate width of the opening tunnel pillar. Finally, establishes FLAC3D software simulation to the width of opening tunnel pillar, and then to optimizate support parameters to the support of bolt and anchor cable and retractable holder of U-shaped steel,finally get the most specific parameters of support to support schemes.
