Under the support pressure function of legacy pillar of 1-2 coal seam in Shenhua Shendong Bulianta coal mine,the mining of 22305 working face had a severe mining damage impact on mining crossheadings of 22306 working face under situation of original roadway layout,which causes roadway deformation and floor heave phenomenon,and affects the production seriously.In order to solve setting problem of chain pillar's reasonable width in the period of 2-2 seam's roadway layout,stability of 1-2 coal seam's pillar is studied by method of theoretical analysis,and reasonable position of 2-2 coal seam's roadway layout and floor yield-failure depth of upper coal seam are obtained by theoretical calculation;chain pillar size of 2-2 coal seam's roadway is studied theoretically through plasticity theory and stress distribution theory of pillar,the pillar width's theoretical range that is used to verify the simulation results is obtained;surrounding rock stress distribution law and influence range of 1-2 coal seam's pillar and roadway layout form of 2-2 coal seam in Bulianta coal mine are obtained by the FLAC3D numerical simulation,and it is applied to the field.This paper systematically studies the mine pressure behavior of legacy pillar and mining damage effects of chain pillar width on roadway,which explores the reasonable position and pillar width of roadway under legacy pillar that applicable to Bulianta coal mine,which guarantee normal mine pressure behavior,less maintenance amount and low maintenance cost of 2"2 coal seam.This paper solves the problems effectively,such as floor heave of roadway and supporting difficulty,etc.And the paper offers the reasonable guiding for rapid advance and efficient,safe production of working face.This paper have the guiding significance for rational mining and safety production of coal seam group,and avoiding resource loss,and ensuring the safe and efficient production.
