With the development of control technology towards the direction of complex computer network control,control designers can not only solve the real-time control problem at the bottom,but also solve the integrated automation problem brought by the upper level of auxiliary manufacturing.In this paper,the problem of optimizing the arrangement of garment sewing line in an order garment manufacturing enterprise is studied.Aiming at the optimization problem of the arrangement of working procedures and work stations in multi sewing assembly lines and the assignment of workers in multi sewing assembly lines,which have not been studied generally at present,the modeling and solution are carried out.On this basis,in order to speed up the organization of the sewing assembly lines,improve the overall balance of multiple sewing assembly lines and the production efficiency of garments,a garment sewing assembly lines arrangement system with decision support function is developed.Firstly,the general situation of the sewing assembly line of an order garment manufacturing enterprise is investigated,the basic needs of users are analyzed,and the main objectives and functions of the system are determined.Secondly,in view of the current situation that people only study the optimization of the process and station arrangement in single sewing line,the optimization of multi sewing assembly line working position arrangement based on equipment resource sharing is studied innovatively.In order to evaluate the quality of the processes and stations arrangements of multiple sewing assembly lines,the "comprehensive balance rate" was defined,and with this as the optimization goal,a mathematical model was established.Then four commonly used intelligent optimization algorithms are selected to solve the model.Through the application of examples,genetic algorithm is the most appropriate algorithm.Compared with the manual arrangement scheme,the sewing assembly lines can not only make the sewing assembly line achieve a higher comprehensive balance rate,but also greatly shorten the time of process and station arrangement,which indicates that the method proposed in this paper can provide decision support for the arrangement of process and station for multiple assembly lines.Thirdly,in view of the current situation of the research on the optimization of the distribution of workers in the sewing line,the optimization of workers' distribution in multi sewing assembly line based on human resource sharing is studied innovatively.In order to describe the skill value of workers more accurately,the concept of "operation time rate" was proposed,and a mathematical optimization model was established based on this.Then the genetic algorithm is used to solve the model,and the algorithm is improved according to the existing problems.Through the application of the example,the effectiveness of the improvement is verified.Compared with manual scheduling,algorithmic scheduling can not only make the allocation of workers more reasonable,but also greatly shorten the time of workers' allocation,which indicates that the proposed method can provide decision support for the allocation of workers on multiple sewing lines.Finally,the system is developed with Python as the system development language,My SQL as the database management system,Django as the back-end development framework,Bootstrap as the front-end development framework,and then the system is deployed and tested.The test results show that the system can achieve the expected functions.
