Abstract/Summary:
With the rapid development of our country’s economic, the demand of coal shows rapid increasing trend. To meet the demand of energy needs, many new mine was invested by politics and some enterprise. Mine building is a very complicated project which including many sub-project. Owning to mine building is a long time job, it’s working environment is severe, it can easily influenced by terrain, weather and traffic, and the capacity of work man, the management of invested expense, job plain and project equality about mine building is more important. In order to ensure the safety and the efficient of the project scientific management methods and efficient organization is essential. In the construction process, all kinds of rescue work and safe working should be attach great importance, also need to strengthen the intensity of the security risks of the investigation. During all the time of mine building, efficiency supervise on the equality; the schedule and the consummation of resources of the project have direct impact on the safety and beneficial result.Nowadays Project Management becomes to be a popular subject that was wide use in many project item, technology reform, Science research and policy reform. The combination of computer information technology and project management made the level of project management a great enhance. Many valuable experiences from home and abroad can be learned. During decades develop the function of Project Management software have great enhance, it produce huge use on subsidiary project program, schedule edit, schedule control, resource optimize and cost control.Research of Project Management Software mainly on general platform and product develop in our country and abroad, while our country’s Project Management Software always was available to some special field. As mine building engineering have its own special industry background and trait, so research and develop Project Management platform and software on mine building field seems to be so urgent.The aim of this project is use Network Program Technique design three kind of program. Building Mine construction project management information network platform through mine building program automatically queued, the constraint relationship between tasks, resource conflicts and optimization, project progress and the investment process control and scheduling. To achieve the integration of mine construction project design, planning, optimization and management for provide scientific scheduling and decision to mine construction management department, thereby ensure the duration, quality and cost of mine construction project within the scheme.The main contents of this paper are as follows:1. Analyzed because the network topology inherent correlation between the work through the establishment of a network planning model design critical analysis and time parameters of the model calculation.2.Through analyze potential uncertainties that exist in large-scale projects and the impact of its network plans to establish the relationship between the non-critical path and critical path, define the possible critical path to solve large-scale project parameters with many calculation processes and computationally intensive problem, and quickly reached a critical path and possible critical path.3. Analyzed planning and control of network plans process, and how to set up comparison.
