In the construction process, all kinds of rescue work and safe working should be attach great importance, also need to strengthen the intensity of the security risks of the investigation. During all the time of mine building, efficiency supervise on the equality; the schedule and the consummation of resources of the project have direct impact on the safety and beneficial result.Nowadays Project Management becomes to be a popular subject that was wide use in many project item, technology reform, Science research and policy reform. Building Mine construction project management information network platform through mine building program automatically queued, the constraint relationship between tasks, resource conflicts and optimization, project progress and the investment process control and scheduling. To achieve the integration of mine construction project design, planning, optimization and management for provide scientific scheduling and decision to mine construction management department, thereby ensure the duration, quality and cost of mine construction project within the scheme.The main contents of this paper are as follows:1.
