| Manufacturing is a nation’s pillar industries, informationalization of manu-facturing production process is the only way of modern manufacturing industry, theoptimization of production scheduling in manufacturing process is the goal and key ofmodern management to manufacturers. Today, manufacturers’competition is beingmore fierce, the production which with core competencies must be based on efficientutilization of inputs and orderly scheduling in plant operations, and the optimizationof production scheduling plays a crucial role in improve productivity and reduce thecosts of production, etc. In domestic, the researches of production scheduling arefocused on metallurgy, petrochemical, printing and dyeing, etc, especially in printingand dyeing there has been a lot of research and set up a lot of production schedulingmodels to guide the production.The study of this paper is based on the existing models of production scheduling,combines with my own researches and actual case of printing and dyeing workshopscheduling, set up a dynamic scheduling model of batch process which based on theswitching over different shades grey cloth with direct order before and after.Combined with ILOG OPL optimization scheduling software, by comparing thepainted Gantt chart which based on the worked out data of considerate the switch indifferent shades grey cloth and without considerate the switch in different shadesgrey cloth to prove the validity of the model, and given it should adapt the feature ofdynamic scheduling for new order, I improvement the model finally by the aboveevidence.The main contents of the paper are as follows:1. This paper overview the researches and development tendency both at homeand abroad, simply states the classification of common production schedulingproblem.2. This paper detailed the workshop production scheduling problem to printingand dyeing workshop production scheduling problem, put great emphasis onthe status and characteristics of the printing and dyeing production schedulingboth at home and abroad in the common points of production schedulingproblem. 3. This article summarized the classification of the common model and modelingmethod in printing and dyeing production scheduling, set up a dynamicscheduling model of batch process which based on the switching over differentshades grey cloth according to the research direction of this article.4. Through the ILOG OPL optimization scheduling software and Gantt charts, itis proved the correctness of the model. And this paper expanded theproduction dynamic scheduling model to adapt to the changes in productionprocess.In the end, the thesis gives a summary of the main research achievements , pointout the problems needed to be further studies. |
