The Manufacturing Execution System(MES)serves as a bridge between the Enterprise Resources Planning System(ERP)and the workshop job site,and is an important part of the transition from traditional manufacturing to modern intelligent manufacturing.The MES takes workshop planning management as the core and workshop equipment,personnel,materials,documents,processes,etc.as the basis,and realizes the organic integration of production elements and production processes.Workshop scheduling is one of the cores of the MES.An effective scheduling plan can not only enhance the optimal allocation of workshop production resources and reduce resource consumption,but also provide data support for enterprises to shorten the production cycle and improve manufacturing quality.Therefore,it is of great significance to the research of workshop scheduling under the MES.This thesis summarizes the current research status of discrete workshop scheduling problems at home and abroad.Aiming at the XG printing workshop,it analyzes the production problems in the packaging printing workshop,and establishes the MES requirements and workshop scheduling goals.Based on TOC theory,a method to determine the bottleneck process is designed,and a combination rule based on heuristic rules is used to determine the processing priority of the production task.In terms of production scheduling methods,in addition to realizing forward and reverse production scheduling methods,combined with the characteristics of packaging and printing technology,with key processes as the critical point,the production plan of the workshop is formulated by phased production scheduling,and use XG enterprise production data for production scheduling simulation,which verifies the effectiveness and practicability of the method.This thesis summarizes three re-scheduling strategies for packaging and printing: a slidingwindow-based re-scheduling strategy,an event-driven re-scheduling strategy,and a dataprediction-based re-scheduling strategy.In-depth research is based on heuristic rules and eventdriven rescheduling strategies,and different production adjustment plans are proposed for different abnormal events in the workshop.The rescheduling simulation was carried out with equipment failure events,and the results proved the stability and feasibility of the scheme.This thesis analyzes the MES requirements of the XG packaging and printing workshop,carries out the system hierarchical structure design,system function module design,system process design,the database design of the scheduling module,and realizes the related functions of the scheduling module.
