Digital printing technology combined the essence of printing technologydevelopment process, which simplified the printing process in the very greatdegree , it has broad prospects for development, and it is the future developingdirection and trend of printing.So this thesis based on the Hp Indigo1050 digitalprinting presses and compared with research of inverse and principleanalysis,it obtains a locus of forwarder sucker,it use vibration testmethod,carries on the dynamic analysis and the research to the digital printingpress,and vibration-sensitive feature was extracted which reflected thestructure state of motion.Under the methods of modal analysis,inherentvibration characteristics of the mechanism structure were studied.The resultsof the research provide the basis parameters for modification of the digitalprinting press dynamic characteristics and vibration fault diagnosis.The maincontent of this article are as follows:(1)Based on research of inverse to obtain the regular pattern of cam ofsheet transfer mechanism,According to the regular pattern of forwardersucker,the sheet transfer mechanism is analyzed by using vectormethod,obtained the locus of forwarder sucker,and angular velocity andangular acceleration of the output system of the mechanism,thus we mightintuitively evaluation system’s dynamic property;(2)3Dmodel is built in ADAMS,and the motion of the mechanism isanalyzed and simulated,obtained the locus of forwarder sucker;Not only theANSYS finite element modal analysis method but also the experimental modalanalysis method was used to carry out the modal test of the digital printingpress wall plate,in which the modal frequency and the modal shape wereobtained to identify weaknesses in the system vibration;(3)With the help of the B&K vibration and noise measurement system,thevibration and noise test of the paper transmitting system for digital printing press was completed.Vibration signal which reflected the structure state ofmotion was extracted from the test data,further analyzed again,summarizedthe vibration characteristic of digital printing press sheet transfermechanism,the wall plate and press cylinder, and determined the reasons ofthe excessive vibration.In summary,the analysis and research of the sheet transfer mechanism ofdigital printing press were carried out from theory and experiment.It provided anew method for the research and improvement of sheet transfer mechanism ofdigital printing press.
