Study On The Printing Quality Control Based On The Printability Of Ink And Paper

The are many central factors influencing the quality of prints, but we analyzed the properties of the printing ink,paper of the printing process firstly,after the interactive between inks and paper,because of under the influence of printing pressure and printing speed on ink transfer rate,it on one hand penetrates to the paper in it’s multi-icon structure,on the other hand spreads on the paper surface,it is also divided into penetration in free and press penetration.Penetrate too deep or shallow all will affect the quality of the presswork,therefore,it is very important to research how to control the printing quality in printing to get the high-quality images,so it is necessary from the nature to control the printing quality to research the printing penetration with the view in the depth of penetration.First of all,we have analyzed the ink viscosity,surface tension, and all kinds of the paper’s print ability and so on,to get a better grasp of printing matter effects.then analyzed the impact in the process of printing deeply,according to the printing principle of printing and printing quality control.The print quality affects caused by ink penetration was introduced, the relations between the properties of the paper and the conditions of the printing were also analysed. The depth of the ink penetration can be obtained by measured and calculated through the forcast model, the advantages and disadvantages of the current methods of calculating the ink permeating depth was analysed. The printing quality can be forcast as the printing conditions, the parameters of the ink and paer werd determined,Finally one complementarity process was proposed.and use the mathematical analysis method to establish the mathematical prediction model,the results proved that when predicting the ink penetration and ink spreading of the prints, the printing quality will be more precisely.
