? At present in our country, the problem of River pollution has become an important factor which influences regional water quality and ecological environment , For some do-mestic areas with poor economic conditions,There is an urgent need for a new wastewater treatment technology which has a low cost, a sewage treatment with good effect, and a Ecological Restoration function. Biological membrane and Artificial Retland are Low op-erating costs. Less demanding management Sewage treatment technology which is fit for Application in the poor areas.According to actual situation of Hutuo River’s downstream channel, through the study of the dynamic and static sewage purification experiment, this paper analyses the biologi-cal membrane and Artificial wetland ’s Purification law on River Sewage. In addition, we also have A preliminary exploration on Artificial wetland ’s output circulating utilization.(1)In different conditions, the remove power of Five Parallel experimental unit to the pollutants,such as CODcr、TN、TP、NH3-N、NO3-N,strengthens along with the increasing time of hydraulic retention. When Sewage HRT for 7 days, The removal rate reaches the maximum. Under the same conditions, Unit 1 removal effect is better than the other 4 unit removal effect.(2)Each parallel experiment unit is joined with hydrogen peroxide solution,.The volume ratio of hydrogen peroxide and polluted water is 2 /10000 and 6/10000. Through the analysis of the experiment wo can see: When the ratio was 2 / 10000, The removal rate of pollutants has no change. When the ratio was 6/10000, The removal rate of pollutants is increasing slightly.(3)In the winter time, because of the cold weather, Plants and microbes have died,The purification efficiency of wastewater has decreased obviously, with the analysis of experimental results, Unit1(slag + foamed concrete block material) in the winter of northern region has good removal effect of pollutants, but in the other 4 Unit, the pollutant removal rate significantly decreases.(4)In Static purification test, sewage is divided into two groups,a high potency one and a low one. From the analysis of the experimental results, the remove power of five ex-perimental groups of the pollutants strengthens along with the increase of hydraulic reten-tion time. when Sewage HRT for 7 days, The removal rate reaches a maximum;we also can know that low concentration sewage purifying effect is better than in high.(5)In paper,we have a large amount of data arrangement with The output material utili-zation of Wetland. Mainly include: the straw utilization investigation of Wetland plant, the industry introduction of Corn for fuel ethanol and the data Collect of Wetland flowers market.
