With the improvement of sewage treatment rate of urban sewage treatment plants inChina, the emissions of sewage sludge increase greatly, so the effective disposal methodsof remainder of sludge of the sewage treatment plant must be solved. This study takesXingtai sewage treatment plant as the research object, explores how to use the sewagesludge for agricultural resources from three levels respectively.First, this study analyzes the physicochemical properties, content of nutrient elements,heavy metals and species distribution to compare with the national standards related“Agricultural standard of urban sewage treatment plant sludge disposal”, then gets thefeasibility of the plant sewage sludge agricultural resources.Secondly, By using the self-designed compost volume of0.785m3dynamic cylindertype intermittent aerobic composting device,The added sawdust, fly ash and otherdifferent materials dehydrated sludge dynamic aerobic composting test,On the mode ofventilation, ventilation, pile temperature, pH value, moisture, ash, carbon and nitrogenratio, N, P, K and other nutritional elements, electrical conductivity and maturityparameters change on aerobic composting effect,Comparative study of before and aftercomposting sludge compost product samples and physical properties, chemical properties,nutrition elements, heavy metals, hygienic index changes,The results show that, Xingtaicity sewage treatment plant sludge added sawdust, powder coal ash High temperatureaerobic fermentation composting products in the technology feasible, maturity, nutrientcontent, content of heavy metal, health indicators to achieve the national standards.Finally, author mixed compost products and garden soil, pond soil or slag asImpatiens, Dianthus soil basal matrix in the course of the floriculture Cultivation test tofind that the growth vigor of Impatiens and Dianthus was better as well as theconventional fertilizer. So verify the fertilizer effect of compost products.
