Along with the increasing scale of animal husbandry, the more intensified degree leads to a series of environmental problems, which has become the barrier of agricultural sustainable development. By the investigation of natural condition and the status of economic development, the thesis chooses livestock manure, cron straw, wheat bran and taro straw as raw materials and packing materials in composting experiments to study the influence of different packing materials on the general nature, dynamic change of main nutrients and decomposition status of compost. By conducting pot experiment, the optimum compost prescription and various parameters are tested. High temperature compost products and chemical fertilizer are made use of to make organic-inorganic mixed fertilizer. We can validate the fertilizer efficiency via field experiment at last.The object of this thesis is providing technology support for harmony development between animal husbandry and planting industry in order to harmonize the development of economy, society and environment comprehensively. The results are as follows:Livestock manure and straw high-temperature compost both have the four phases-of the ascending, peak, descending and decomposition of temperature time. The degree of compost decomposition is determined by GI. It took 28-35 days to decompose cattle excrement in the proportion of 2:1 to taro and 3:1 to straw, while 35-42 days were spent decomposing chicken excrement and corn straw (2:1). The compost temperatures of all the treatment maintained above 50-60℃exceeded 5-7 days, and had reached the request(GB7959-1987). The ending product of compost pH is 8.21 , 8.27 and 8.32 , slightly higher than the standard 8.0. We should improve the proportion of the crop straw properly in the production. The relative contents of total nitrogen, phosphorus and kalium increase by the weight of the dry things descending. The available contents of nitrogen, phosphorus and kalium disposed by chicken excrement and corn straw (2:1) are higher than that by cattle excrement in the proportion of 2:1 to taro and 3:1 to straw respectively. As the compost decomposing, the relative content of nitrogen is lower than before. High temperature compost can activate phosphorus and kalium in raw material.Livestock manure compost can make for adding the plant height, stem thick and the leaves number of repe, and promote the content of dissoluble sugar and Vitamin C inside the body of rape. The yield of rape fertilized by compost is markedly higher than those not fertilized and commonly fertilized. The yield of rape fertilized by the compost of cattle excrement: taro amounting to 2:1 are the closest to but about 7% lower than those commonly fertilized. Fertilized by compost, the contents of nitrogen, phosphorus and kalium in the soil are higher than the soil not fertilized, while the contents of the three elements in the soil fertilized by cattle manure are lower than those commonly fertilized. Also the disposing result of the soil by the compost of cattle excrement: taro amounting to 2:1 approach the result of commonly fertilized soil. No more favorable effects have been brought into on the output, growth way, quality of rape and the contents of nitrogen, phosphorus and kalium in the soil by adding EM bacterium in the process of fertilizing plants by compost. So we can define that the optimum proportion of cattle excrement to taro is 2:1.Compared with traditional fertilizing method, three kinds of organic- inorganic mixed fertilizer can make tomato plant height increase by 5.43%~6.31%, the stem thick by 10.04%~10.93%, the flowers number by 6.40%~8.27%. The difference among the three kinds of organic- inorganic mixed fertilizer was not significant. The tomato yield whit the organic- inorganic mixed fertilizer was remarkably higher than traditional fertilizer. Applying the organic-inorganic mixed fertilizer can improve the soluble sugar and Vc of tomatoes to some extent, and the fertilizer mixed by compost product (cow excrement: taro straw=2:1) and chemical fertilizer is obvious higher than the fertilizer mixed by compost product (chicken excrement: wheat bran =2:1) and chemical fertilizer. Based on the reality of study area, we can define that the organic-inorganic mixed fertilizer made up of compost product (cow excrement: taro straw=2:1) and chemical fertilizer is the best. In conclusion, after high temperature compost, the product of cow excrement and taro straw(2:1) can reach the request, and the nutrient in material is activated. Using the compost product is better than using chemical fertilizer in improving the growth and quality of the rape, and approaches to applying chemical fertilizer in increasing the yield. Using organic- inorganic mixed fertilizer made up of compost product and chemical fertilizer is without exception better than the traditional method in improving the growth, quality and yield of the tomato. The application of this technology can resolve many problems, such as animal husbandry small scale, the low disposal of animal dejection, the severity pollution, too much crop straw production and low utilization ratio. It can accelerate the corresponding development between animal husbandry and cultivation.
