Abstract/Summary:
Along with our country on SO2emission control requirementsof increasingly large,Sintering flu gas desulfurization techniquehas developed very quickly。The dry and semi-dry desulfurizationprocess is considered to be the sintering flu gas desulfurizationtechnology in the most economical and effective method,but theresulting large desulfurization ash disposal system has become aconstraint to sintering flu gas desulfurization technology topromote the important factors。Sintering flu gas desulphurizationproduces the massive desulfurized slag mainly stacking and discarddisposal, cause serious pollution to the environment, has becomean important subject badly in need of solution。In this paper thedense coherent tower desulfurization ash properties and recyclingis studied, not only for the desulfurization ash resourceapplication provides academic guidance, on the desulfurizationtechnology and industrial development generation to urge action,so they have great real significance and far-reaching historicalsignificance。This thesis collected desulfurization ash of the densecoherent tower desulfurization ash in xing tai, using XRD、XRF、TG/DSC、SEM and other modern methods of analysis and testing onits desulfurization ash phase composition、chemical composition、thermal stability、particle morphology and physical properties ofdesulfurization ash leaching solution of trace elements anddesulfurization ash toxicity were studied, but also on thedesulfurization fly ash autoclaved brick technology were studied。(1) the dense coherent tower desulfurization ash phasecomponents are calcium sulfate、calcium hydroxide、calcium oxideand magnesium oxide、 Mo Laishi,is of high calcium high sulfurtype slag。(2) the dense coherent tower desulfurization ash sulfur mainlyexists in the form of anhydrite a-CaSO4, due to the thermalstability by which the effect of impurities,calcium hydroxide andcalcium carbonate decomposition temperature decrease。 The above two points and generally fly ash has the very big difference。(3) By adding the proper amount of additive and aggregate,semi dry pressing molding, desulfurization ash autoclaved brickstrength can reach M15brick strength and frost resistance,butthe specimen stem performance improvement need further research。...
