In the human society, the rapid development of the construction of industry, leadingto the pollution of the environment problem is getting worse. A lot of chemical medicinekind of waste water and waste such as pesticide chemicals into the water environment, these pollutants serious harm human health life and even threaten the life. Therefore, toaccurately test pollution of environment become the goal of analysis workers unremittingpursuit. The three-dimensional fluorescence spectrum analysis technology to itsexpeditiousness, convenience, sensitiveness and better selectivity are widely used in fieldsof biology, medicine, industry, chemical, environmental etc for researching. And thenumber of it identification and determination of the inorganic and organic compound, biological material, medicine, is more and more, especially as a kind of important traceanalysis technology in the field of environmental protection application is increasinglywidely, dash forward show the advantage. This paper gets three-dimensional fluorescence pattern, based on the analysis ofRhodamine B、Hydroquinone and biphenyl representative samples of pollutants usingthree-dimensional fluorescence analysis method. According the fluorescent peak position, strength and the quantity of pollutants properties, determine the optimal wavelengths andfluorescence emission wavelength, Rhodamine B: Ex/Em=552nm/574nm,Hydroquinone: Ex/Em=298nm/330nm, biphenyl: Ex/Em=294nm/315nm, and establishthe linear relationship between of the fluorescence intensity and concentration, theircorrelation coefficient is very good with R~2>0.99. The fluorescence intensity be effectedcertainly by the different pH in the solution, but the fluorescence intensity of floating upand down is not big in the pH=5~8, the effect can be elided.Through Three-dimensional spectrum analysis to environment water samples, we willget the relevant conclusions by comparing the water quality, that with different processinglevel(distilled water, tap water in the laboratory and the water of Min Xin River in Shijiazhuang),structure comprehensive features of water by combining qualitative and quantitativeinformation, provide scientific detection method for water quality monitoring, provides the basis for environmental water polluti on degree, provides reliable foundationinformation for establishing a drinking water safety monitoring system.
