Various Pollutants such as heavy metals, Pesticides enter to the natural environment througha series of ways as the development of industrial and technological progress in recent years,which have become a serious social problem, and the environmental risk results from it shouldbe concerned.Water pollution accident is a vicious accident which caused significant loss of state propertyand serious damage to people’s lives. Emergency monitoring technique for water pollutionaccident as the important link in disposition and aftercare of accident is increasingly becoming avery important area of work. However, there’s no effective measures to achieve in-situ、real timeand rapid monitoring technique for water pollutants suddenly rise, the lack of contingency plansand measures related to technical support.In this study, adopt Oryzias latipes of 7 days old as the investigated static test methoddiscussion the toxicity of the AChE activity inhibition rate and the metallothioneins quantity ofthe Oryzias latipes on the Pesticides and heavy metals pollutants respectively. LC50-24hofpollutants as the toxic unit 2TU 5TU as the exposure concentration. Exposure at differentconcentrations of pollutants, discuss the technology of AChE activity inhibition rate of pollutionused Oryzias latipes with life stage of 7 days old. In the exposure of 2TU, 5TU pollutants theAChE activity inhibition rate of the Oryzias latipes showed a different pollutant concentration.The results show that the toxic effects of pollutants with different points of time there is different,and the deviation is large, Oryzias latipes behavior change and exposure concentrations weresignificantly correlated linear relationship, the change for the different pollutants aresignificantly different but the change trends are similar. It is found that different indexes willincrease with exposure concentrations increasing and the change degree is obvious different.Through analyzing the index change degree of Oryzias latipes, this paper points out that thesame index in different pollutants has obvious differences. It should be related to variation oftoxic mechanism of pollutants.Changes of AChE activity in Oryzias latipes exposed to pollutant could reflect the pollutionlevel, qualitative analysis could be made on the emergency accidents.The single acute toxicity of Pb2+and Cd2+to Oryzias latipes of the metallothioneins quantity was investigated by static test method and the result showed that Pb2+and Cd2+all hadhigh acute toxicity on Oryzias latipes with the order of Pb2+>Cd2+.
