In recent years, various pollutants such as heavy metals, pesticides, estrogen and benzene-based pollutants enter to the natural environment through a series of ways, because of the development of industrial and technological progress.These pollutants on organisms in the environment had a significant impact,especially when sudden pollution accidents,the hazards is strong and unpredictable.It not only undirmined the balance of the ecosystem but also had a serious threat to the survival of human life.In this study, Oryzias latipes of 7days old was investigated by static test method. Discussion heavy metals, pesticides, estrogens, benzene pollutants on the toxicity of the behavior of the Oryzias latipes.LC50-24h of pollutants as the toxic unit,1,2,5,10,20,50 TU as the exposure concentration.Exposure at different concentrations of pollutants, discuss the technology of emergency monitoring of pollution used Oryzias latipes with life stage of 7 days old. The results suggested that in the exposure of 1,1.5, 2.5,10,20,50TU pollutants, the behavior inhibition time of the first Oryzias latipes decreased with the exposure concentrations,the probability of failure increasing of balance swimming,and it showed a good linear relationship between the probability and the pollutant concentration.
