With the development of industrial economy, and the upwing of computer technology, information technology and communication technology for the past few years, the entire world has entered into the age of informatization economy. Particularly the development of the Internet of Things, the emerge and gradually grown of the integration of the two theory and the development of New Path of Industrialization make closing enterprises to understand informatization economy and manage the whole enterprise with informatization. The informatization development of closing industrial presents higher require with automation and informatization managements of industrial sewing machines. Because of the rapid development of closing industrial, the enterprises need more industrial sewing machines. So there are some problems emerged.Industrial Internet of Things which is emerged recently supports the interactive between industrial sewing machines and upper enterprise management system. So Industrial Internet of Things solves the emerged problems of industrial sewing machines enterprises.Based on the present situation and the problems of the currently industrial sewing machines technology, this paper firstly analyzes and researches the key technologies and the relevant knowledge of the internet of Things. Basing on this work, this paper gives the overall design solution of the industrial sewing machinessystem based on Industrial Internet of Things. The system consists of machines control and data collection subsystem, data management subsystem and machines management subsystem. Through CAN bus, the messages from bottom machines were sended to the CAN to UART module. Then the module converted the messages format. MES sends the messages from UART to the upper enterprise management system(such as ERP). The upper enterprise management system(such as ERP) sends messages to MES, MES sends messages to UART by control PC in workshops. The module sends messages to machines by CAN bus. This paper designes the hardware circuit and software part of CAN module of machines control and data collection subsystem. Then the software of machines control and data collection subsystem is realized with C language and MPLAB IDE. Finaly,the interfaces between MES and machines and upper management system are designed. At the end of this article, testing results prove provisionally the correctness and usability of system presented.
