With the development of science and technology,higher requirements for modern sewing products are needed.For a traditional sewing proeessing,a complex sewing products consume more and more manpower.The development of three-dimensional sewing equipment,equipped With the automatic function of 3D sewing and industrial sewing machine.is based on intelligent sewing equipment,which combines the technoiogy of industrial robots.Its Maximum advaintage is that it can finislt the complicated sewing in three dimensional space,stitch diferent seams and multilayer sewing materials,the high degree of intelligence,improve production effieieney and environment.Therefore,it is very important to study the vibration and dynamie characteristics of 3D sewing equipment.The study objeet of this dissertation is GC6910A sewing machine and ER50A-C10 indusurial robot.The dynamic simulation and optiimization of the pick-up meehanism of GC6910A was conducted through Adams software to obtain the ehange law of the inertia force of the mechanism.Based on the optimization result,the structure of needle bar crank structure was improved.and the vibration and noise characteristics of the GC6910A sewing machine were compared and tested.The ABAQUS software was used to create a finite element model of the housing,base and other parts,and the natural freuences of the housing?base and the entire machine were calculated.Fixtures meeting the requirements of vibration testing was designed,then the test of natural frequencies of the housing,base and the entire machine experiments was tested.comparing the results with calculation results obtaiped from ABAQUS finite element software.In order to meet the requirements of coordinated movement with indusirial robots?the feeding mechanism of the sewing machine was removed,the design of the whole machine housing was improved,and the natural frequency and vibration displacement were simularted and compared with the original structure performance.force generated during the operation of the sewing equipment was applied to the end effector of the industrial robot.The vibration characteristics of the end effector were analyzed to study its effects on the stability of the 3D sewing equipment.
