The Hazard Importance Evaluation And Application

The importance evaluation concept of hazard appear based on the internal securitysituation and the characteristics of existing evaluation methods. In the thesis, it will introducefrom the concept and the foundation to the methods of important degree assessment of hazard.It will analysis the structure important degree about the first class、the second class hazardsand maintenance ways. According to the analysis results, it put forward that classifiedmanagement of controlling measures, repairing equipment, executive department and divisionof responsibility, then combine with the application of one process in a chemical project inchina, and make tables for discoursing how to use the method. In the thesis, it uses expertscoring method, FTA, FEMA, AHP and fuzzy mathematics for evaluation. The result showsthat the important degree assessment of hazard can identify hazard rapidly and accurately,make classification more complete and easier in enterprise, advantageous to control, andenhancing the level of safety management.
