In this paper,throughthe research on the force distribution of basalt fiber reinforced structural glulam, a theoretical mechanical model would be finished based on the bending theory of mechanics of materials. Firstly, the best glue laminated process route was decided by experimental studys. A total of38bamboo laminated beams were manufactured withthe proper size which was designed by theoretical calculations. The tests had been done with full-size four-point bending destructive test by the structural glulam standard GB/T26899-2011,deflection and bending test results is similar with the theoretical calculated value.The data of ANSYS analysis and the bending theoretical mechanical modelwere analyzed,The conclusions of the study are as follows:(1)Explore BFRP enhanced glulam gluing process conditions to get the best gluing process by several orthogonal experiments:60mesh sanding BFRP plate, the silane coupling agent KH550and surface treatment agent HMRbamboo plate surface150g/m2of processing, adhesives for RF-C05polyurethane coating amount of200g/m2, aging time10min, pressure time3h.(2)Laminated four-point bending destructive test data from multiple levels of the stress-strain, the load-deflection and load-strain analysis, concluded that:Glulam bending test in line with the plane section assumption theory and the neutral layertheory, BFRP in laminated reinforcement ratio, BFRP the magnitude of the glulam bending performance enhancements about21.1%-25.7%.(3)Through the statistical comparison of glulam bending test results and bending deformation of the analytical theory, the bending test results are consistent with the calculated value at the same time propose amendments to the existing error on the theoretical formula. Finally it was established of the FRP reinforced structural integration material theory of the mechanical model.(4)Through the statistical comparison ofglulam bending test results and ANSYS laminated model calculation,the bending test results are consistent with thefinite element model,while the existence of the error model. Finally it was established of the FRP reinforced structures with laminated finiteelement model.
