In this thesis, a new efficient and simple protocol for the synthesis of a-oxo-N-phenyl-benzeneacetamides by copper-catalyzed oxidation of 2-arylamino-1-phenyl-ethanone was described. The reaction proceeded smoothly in CH3CN at 60℃under air or O2 by using [Cu(o-phen)2C1]C1 as the catalyst. Various functional groups were tolerated under optimized conditions, affording the desired products in moderate yields. And all the synthesized products were characterized by 1H NMR,13C NMR, IR and new compounds were characterized by HRMS. In addition, the predicted reaction mechanism was also proposed. |
