In this paper, regarding newly-built anaerobic internal circulation(IC) reactor of treating pulp and papermaking wastewater of one recycled paper production base in Luohe city as a research object, based on the IC reactor’s monitoring track data of trial run and normal operation, it is researched that the data and index fluctuate in the trial run process of treating pulp and papermaking wastewater by anaerobic method emphsisly, and at the same time, the operating conditions of the anaerobic IC reactor was analysised on the base of monitoring data. As a new-type internal circulation reactor, based on the quality of seeding granular sludge and the matter of production department fact, the correlation parameters of trial run were determined:the beginning volume loading(VLR) is 4kg/(m3·d),the influent concentration is 2500mg/L, the water inflow is 80m3/h; On the base of operating and running normally, the volume loading could be increased in a period of 3-4 days, and about 20% every increased period. In 1~2 months, the volume loading would achieve12kg/(m3·d) gradually and the inflow achieve the aim of normal running,300m3/h.At the time of trial running and operating normally, the fluctuation correlation between the inflow and the COD volume loading, the fluctuation trend between the water inflow and COD removal rate were researched, which demonstrate the COD removal rate of the anaerobic IC reactor trended to 55%~65% steadily, the effluent VFA stabled 5-7meq/L in pulp and papermaking wastewater treatment by the inflow and the volume loading increasing.Processing the correlative analysis between the inflow and the effluent VFA, between the inflow volume loading, COD removal rate and the effluent value of ALK/VFA is to detect the trial running conditions of the anaerobic IC rector, whether the anaerobic granular sludge is adaptive in the current inflow, whether the volume loading can be increased again. The waving correlative analysis between the inflow COD and effluent VFA, between the inflow VFA and effluent VFA, is aiming to prove the adaptive capacity of the granular sludge when the inflow loading increases gradually. Researching whether the sludge treatment capacity is saturated, is benefit to get hold of the maximum treating capacity and the residual treating capacity of the anaerobic reactor, and to prevent the anaerobic granular sludge from high VFA poisoning in high inflow loading, and to avoid the potential danger for increasing inflow loading blindly lead to the reactor acidified or the poisoned granular sludge restrained.Some important factors are probed which effect the operating results of treating pulp and papermaking wastewater using anaerobic IC reactor, include seed sludge, temperature, and pH, VFA, ALK of the inflow and effluent and the reactor inner, the degree of pre-acidification, the toxic, non-biodegradable, easy-acidified waste, oxidation reduction potential(ORP),etc. The measures of controlling and operating are given to effect the anaerobic reactor. At the same time, the fundamental cause of the anaerobic granular sludge calcified is described, the operating measures are advised. And, the problem and the principles of controlling easy-acidizing in anaerobic reactor treating pulp and papermaking wastewater are described in this paper.
